Does anyone have any experience with putting store bought beef sticks on the smoker to give them some smoke flavor? Time, temp, wood anything will help. I have a good amount and would like to give them some smoke. Im smoking in a MES 40 using an AMNPS in the mailbox mod for my smoke.

Thanks in advance friends!

I have never done this  but If I were going to I would try a cold smoke since they are cooked already, try to keep the temp below 90° you don't want to render out any of the fat

Damn those are some good lookin sticks! Thanks for the replies fellas
