Well I finally decided to join up after visiting here several times.  My name is Chris and I live in Anchorage, AK.  I started smoking fish about 10 years ago with a Big Chief.  But I have recently moved on and joined the MES club with a 40" model (first generation) and now starting to play with more than just fish.
