Hello everyone. I've been smoking for a few years with everything from a gas grill to a little chief. Eventually found a more suitable vessel to spend some time with. Now I'm going to try and take it on the road with something portable. Hoping to convert an old trailer and drag it to the local fairs, jamboree's, and hootin' Annie's to share some goodness.
