Hello from North Carolina!

Hey everybody! My name is Nathan and I'm new to smoking and this site. I just got a new grill for my b-day. It's a Smoke Hollow hybrid from Sams Club. I smoked a brisket a couple weeks ago and my first shoulder yesterday. Suprisingly they both came out pretty good. Anyway just wanted to say hello! Looking forward to learning more from you guys! I think I have found a new hobby!
