Hey all. I've been lurking on here for about a year or so now absorbing all of the great advice you have had to offer and finally signed up. I've actually got some pork and beef ribs on as I type this and will be adding a tray of beans shortly. I have a Masterbuilt LP smoker that my wife got me for xmas 2 years ago and while its not a high-end model, it has been consistent and good to me. I've found that smoking pairs well with another hobby of mine, homebrewing. I can smoke some meat while I'm brewing and its usually ready when I'm done.
