I found my Bradley electronic model at a discount store and ended up buying it for $50 instead of it's listed $499. How could I pass that up? Prior to that, I had a Brinkman gas smoker grill. It was okay, but nothing like the Bradley. I love mine. Yesterday I smoke roasted 6 dozen Roma tomatoes with a hickory smoke. Today they became pasta sauce. By smoke roasting them at 220f it extracts much of the water and fills the void with smokey goodness.
