John, missed this one...nice job x2 on the griddle!

Was a game that had everyone fooled, really fun to watch. Almost thought the Chiefs game was going in the same direction during that 1st qtr. :emoji_open_mouth:

Thanks John appreciate the kind words! I was thinking the same thing watching that Chiefs game last week. Glad they pulled it out. Should be some damn good games this weekend!

DAMN!! How did I miss this? That's some really good looking food John, and multiple meals for all of us out here to enjoy. I've been toying with the idea of getting a flat top since Ricky was here with his for the Cen Tex event. Just not sure whether to make one to put on the Lynx grill or get a stand-alone unit. I have propane drops all over the patio so getting a gas source to it is easy and I don't need to mess with portable tanks. The only problem is space. The patio is full and I have several overflow cookers out in the garage already. This post certainly has me fired up to get moving on one, whichever direction I may decide to go. Great food, great post, and even more inspiration to get my ass in gear to figure something out. Big LIKE my friend!!

Thanks Robert appreciate the kind words! Wish I would have gotten better shots of everything. Food was much better than the pics lead on haha.

I would highly recommend checking into the flat top. Just some things you can cook on them that the food turns out so much better. I looked at the ones that go on top of the grills and the whole unit and decided when I found a good deal I would just get the whole unit. I think it probably heats more evenly. Although just the top would be a space saver if you don't have much room on your porch. Decisions decisions
