Hi there!  My name is Dave and I live in Littleton, CO.  I have been smoking occasionally for a year or so and have been getting more serious lately.  I started with a Brinkmann charcoal, then went to a Brinkmann Electric and recently purchased a Smoke Vault from Camp Chef.  Have smoked trout, beef jerky, elk jerky, salmon, turkey legs, meatloaf, brisket and almonds.  Enjoyed every bite.  Looking at excellent recipes on this site has inspired me to try other things.  I have chicken leg quarters on now and will try my first fatty tomorrow. Q-view to come!  Thanks for the great ideas and excellent information!  This site will definitely be a huge asset as I improve my smoking portfolio!
