Hello everyone! I've been lurking here for awhile while researching the purchase of my first smoker, aside from the add on smoker to my weber grill. I decided it was time to get a dedicated smoker. Today I purchased the MES 40" smoker and I'm seasoning it as we speak. Any tips for a noob would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to learning and participating here!
