Greetings folks! Philly Mike here with a brand new fathers day gift (masterbuilt two door propane) from bass pro ( http://www.basspro.com/Masterbuilt-Two-Door-Propane-Smoker/product/10226688/146858 ) I claimed to have been an avid griller, but nothing has compared to the three slabs that put together yesterday on my first smoke. The family and one lucky neighbor were singing my praises. Even then dog was happy when I spilled some hot crutch juice on the deck when attempting to remove the slabs from the foil. All went very well yesterday. Started at noon with three slabs and pulled them off at 5:50pm. 200 degrees from start to finish. While the grub was cooking I read all sorts of posts on the web site and even entered questions/concerns that I encountered.
