I put on 6 pork butts at about 9 pm, weighing just at 50 lbs total on for a graduation party. Rubbed with Kansas City Touch of Cherry Three Little Pigs BBQ Rub. Combo of hickory and apple pellets in the hopper. A friend is letting me try his amazing smoking tube out, have it going with apple pellets. Grill temp running around 230-232, temp on meats are running from 65 to 67 right now.  Have the Mavericks set to 195 on food probes. 1st picture.

Am 7 hours in. Pellets were only down about 4 inches in the hopper from overnight. Grill temps averaging 227-248 one end to the other. Meat temps running 168 - 170 in all six. 2nd picture.

Nice looking pork!  I did the same thing for my daughter's graduation party last year.  Smoked up 5 butts, and man it was tasty.
