Ordered it for my cooking at work andit finally showed up. We put it right next to my wood fired brick smoker so when I do extra large events I can use them both.

I love it but , is it meant to set out in the weather? I would have to build a roof over it no matter what.

Roof will be complete next week. It will be surrounded by 8 foot high chainlink as well.

Beautiful. I think you need to invite the forum to dinner!

Did my first big cook yesterday. 78 butts for 10 hours at 225. I used one bag of apple wood chunks from Walmart and a little over 20 lbs of propane. They were all around 198-202 and fell apart when I dropped them in my pans. I'm making 1400 pulled pork sandwiches for staff this week. I'll do another 36 butts tomorrow to finish what I need.

I hope you have a commercial puller, I cooked about 30-40 butts 1 time and my buddy with the southern pride smoker borrowed 1 and it will run threw them quick , great looking rig and set up, lots of work and enjoyment setting there, I wish I had a hot water pressure washer as that is the best way to clean smokers imo

I looked at the commercial pullers and decided we could build one. We went to the scrap pile and found some stainless rod and built one that goes in a drill. Works great as long as you cook the butts long enough. I can do 5-6 butts at a time but it really changes the texture too much for me. I like mine a little thicker chunkier than what this does.
