Hello from Colorado.  I just joined and am looking forward to getting started smoking my own meats and things.  I just ordered a Masterbuilt Vertical LP Gas Smoker and can't wait for it to get here.  I see all the photos of the things that the other member have smoked and my mouth is watering....  :)  I am very new at this so I am going to dive into all the "How Too's" in the forum and get my feet wet.  I'll be talk to you later...  Thanks, Duane
