Well I got my turkey breast brining and can't wait to get to bed so I can get up and get the ole' smoke a rollin' and try out a couple new Christmas gifts. I will be sure and post q-view as this will be my first turkey.
 
How's that turkey doing cook?

I haven't had a chance to get on here yet today til now. I have a few pictures, not done just yet internal temp is about 165 getting really close though. We are trying to decide on some sides to go with it right now. Ill have the finished product soon.

I agree with flash. when it hits 165* you should pull it and let carry over do the rest. if you cook it all the way to 180 then carry over is going to put it up to maybe 200* by the time it actually starts cooling off.
