If properly done, it should have virtually nil moisture content. Ryteks book recommends storing it in a plastic or glass jar with holes poked in the top. Kinda like we used to keep hoppers in for fishbait when I was a kid. My experience has been that if you refrigerate it, condensation moisture can form and then mold. Either freeze then eat it up or store in a baggy in the pantry. Vacuum sealing works the best if you have that capability.
