I am going to smoke either 150lbs of spare ribs or country style ribs.I have 2 large smokers that I am going to use. Here the question Spare or Counrty Ribs?

Congratulations on your son's upcoming wedding. I hope you are blessed with a great daughter in law. Ours have been a wonderful addition to the family.
My two main questions to find an answer would be:
1. What would the bride and groom prefer ?
2. What is the venue like, indoor, sit down, and all dressed up ( boneless country style)
or outdoos in jeans, more relaxed and casual ( bone in, hand held )
