Thanks Bear! I've been smoking salmon for over 40 years, first in a Little Chief, then a big one, and now with my Pro 100. Turns out after some investigation it was Smokin' Al's lox recipe I saw and am going to try.Great looking Ribs, Ray!!
Nice Job!
Like.
However I don't have any Lox.
One of my weaknesses--->I never eat Raw Fish.
I got a Great Salmon Step by Step, but it ends up cooked to at least 145°.
Bear

clifish: This is artificial lawn, big here in AZ, we had the exact same stuff back in CA. No watering or mowing, never turns brown! When it gets to be 110º you don't want to walk on it barefoot.
