So a friend introduced me to the site over a year ago. I have been meaning to post so here is my first.

I was asked to cook for a Baby Shower. Then found out it was for 65 people.

Here is what I did

Forty lbs Pork Butt Picnic style

Four Chickens

Three pkg of Portuguese Linguica

Pork Seasoned with Pap-pie's and Garlic Salt Started at 4:30 am

Chicken seasoned Half with Baja Citrus and half with a Garlic Wine Marinade

Slow Cook with 200 deg heat for around 3 hours

Pork Cooked for 10 hours at about 180

Wrapped three in foil and raised temp to 240 deg for last hour.

Then wrapped the fourth in foil and all of them went into towels in a cooler for three hours
