I do not have a long write-up or lots of photos but all I can tell you is for the first time I tried this, it came out damn good! I am stuffed!

Not so much smoked as smoke/roasted and it tasted great - not Seattle International District Cantonese-great, but good enough for me! Can't wait to do it again.

Thank you gents! It came out great - I gave a breast to our community manager and he loved it! I am looking forward to cooking more, soon!

And I think I am going to try this recipe on some spare ribs - something tells me they will be a hit...
