I came across 2 stainless steel cabinets/carts. Id like to make a big vertical smoker out them. I stacked them and ported the left side from top to bottom, co-worker is making me a duct/damper to control heat/smoke.
I am looking for help with how to utilize the bottom as a hot chamber. I can separate the 2 sides no problem but that still seems like a big hot box. Any ideas? the less cutting of the cart the better since stainless is a whore to work with.
