Got it for Christmas this year and finally had the time to break it out today. Found a good deal on a sirloin roast so thought, why not? Going over to my parents house later for dinner and my mom is kinda tough on what my dad gets to eat so beef it is. Got the wireless Inkbird in it to keep an eye on things.

Looking good . I spin sirloin on mine a lot . Just be advised that it gets into medium rare range at about the 2 hour mark . Lid off average fire .
Be watching for the finish .

Looks good. I miss the rotisserie on the old grill. I wonder if I can retrofit one on the Memphis Pit Boss I have.
