Excited to be here!!  Looking to expand my knowledge of smoking, try new recipes, and continue this great hobby!!  Here is what i have smoked already:  Garlic Summer Sausage (from a premix seasoning), Snack Sticks, and Jalepeno Cheddar Summer Sausage.  Hoping to try more in the future!

Thanks, really looking forward to it.  Right now im using a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker.  I am happy with it and seems to do a good job when the temp outside is cooler, but i think i need something bigger.  Seems i can only hang 9-10 sticks of summer sausage in there comfortably.  And the height only allows for me to fill 12" casings.

Snow??  Just kidding, but seriously i dont want to hear that word again.  I don't mind snow, but im darn right sick of it this year.  We had 46" on the ground before our storm last week that gave us another 10-20.  My burn barrel in the back yard is non-existent right not....probably needs to melt a foot or so before i see that again.
