First decent brisket

Finally made a good brisket on my Camp Chef pellet grill. I used to use an electric unit.

11 pound packer, choice grade, not much to trim. I think what helped was using a full packer instead of just a flat and using Kosmos injection. Rubbed with salt/pepper and then Cow Cover rub from Kosmos. Smoked to 160 and wrapped in foil and finished in oven.

Next time I might try wrapping in butcher paper and leaving on the grill for more bark/smoke. Appreciate all the knowledge on here.

Looks great, when you wrap it you probably wont get much more smoke imo.
