Hello,
I live in south Louisiana. This the first time diving into smoking meat. All of my cooking has been in the kitchen or on the grill. I got a somke vault 18 for free an am gonna wade into smoking. I have lots of questions so I will do lots of looking around here. Nice to meet you all.
