Easy way to clean grill

I just got back from Dollar Tree where I purchased LA's Totally Awesome Grill & Oven Cleaner. I have a stainless steel perforated basket that I hose down with Pam prior to smoking. It went through the dishwasher three times and still had some grunge on it. This stuff took it right off. My temperature probe is as clean as when it was new. 40 oz., for you guessed it. $1.
