DINNER TONIGHT

So I havent smoked in over 2 months. This will be the first time I will used a new/used smoker. New to me but used. Never used a ebc. I am doing chicken breast rubbed in webers and wrapped in bacon. I pound the chicken thin and then rolled them. I am also doing smoked potato.

No it hasnt been modded and i am smoking with cherry/hickory

Well i started the potatoes and then the rain started. Will remove potatoes in 30mins then on to meat

No i was washing the dog and had my son and baby girl outside. Then it started to rain and i saved the smoker first lol then the kids
