I have been building a smoker for the past few years and getting towards completion. My question is that it is trailer mounted and I want to add two deep fryers toward the front of the trailer, I want to build the frames for the fryers but need burners, does anyone know where you can get deepfryer burners in central Ohio? I thought about building my own but will have to experiment, fabricate and what not, at this point I just need to be done with this project (wife, kids, other home projects, liver) hopefully you understand. Thought about buying a couple of deep fryers but don't know that I want to push wife into crazyhouse or worse divorce court!
