16 pounds of Brisket from Walmart.  USDA Choice.   On the smoker for 16 hours.

Used my Brinkmann Trailmaster Offset.  Used charcoal and hickory logs.

Started at 6 pm last night.  We will be eating off of this hunk of meat for three days.  It is tender and tasty plain.  It will also be used in Sloppy Joes, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, and Chili.  Also good in Huevos Rancheros.



Juicy and tender inside.


Big jar of drippings for gravy etc.
