CHICKEN something or other

I made something out of slice chicken breast with a dry rub wraped in bacon. It turned out real good. whole family loved it now i gotta make more next week. (I have a turkey breast in the freezer gonna try with that)

Looks great. Sort of looks like a chicken breast fatty. The turkey versions sounds tasty too. Congrats on a succssful smoke.
