Char griller pellet grill

I am considering a char griller pellet grill. Is this a grill as well as a smoker. I need something that will smoke ribs as well as grill hamburgers and hot dogs. Is that possible with this product?

I don't think that model has a direct grilling option which means it will cook burgers and hot dogs but not in the same manner that a traditional grill will. You won't be able to sear very well with it.
