Been gathering some good quality meets this past week for today. Ribs are from Walmart and beef from local butcher. This is a special cut of the sirloin I think. I’ve done a couple and there very good. Not cheap at 12 something a pound but tastey and smokes very well. Different from the cap steaks they sell at Costco. Marinated the beef ribs in some bbq sauce and little a1. The bbq sauce is called gold and seems like mustard. I hope it’s not too strong flavor. Marinated only 1 hour.burning apple wood 100%
Ribs all done and looking good. Never did anything to them besides olive oil and rub.no bbq sauce on these ribs ether, I go all natural. My nephew was asking for seconds so I figured they must taste decent. It was pretty much a buffet for him. There was some other food he brought home to eat also. That’s all for this time. Might sneak in a fire box pic tho
Thanks man! I haven’t been smoking up much lately since I’ve been fishing and I sure miss it. These ribs make it look easy. There really good quality with a lot of fat to keep them moist looking
