Well momma been handin the stuff out like candy, she finally made us some hot pork sammies out a jar of it. Man was them good! She used the juice ta make the gravy, a hint of smoke in the gravy an the pork was great! Kept it's smoke flavour, nice an tender. We be makin some more a this!

Sorry, no pics, been workin on the smoker all day an momma decided we needed ta go cut a tree fer Christmas. Supper was real late an I was hungry!

Do you have a post or something on how to do this...never thought about it but we do alot of canning and would like to look into a little...thanks
 
SCP, I posted some of it on here, but if ya go ta our blog site the step by step be on there. Is a really nice change fer smoked pork an another way a keepin it to.

It ain't hard ta do an really made some great sammies. Will be good fer lots a things I'm sure.
