Finally finished my outhouse sized smokehouse, smoked it at 180' for 12 hours to season the inside , then made my first batch of smoked sockeye I caught in sterling,ak last July. Came out great I'm new to a house always had a brinkmanship electric or charbroiled side by side. I will post pics when the rain stops. Thanks

Well I'm still smoking salmon. On my third batch .everyone love the end results I'm on my third different recipe .some seem to be a lot faster one was in brine 24 hours another 10 minutes and both were good. I'll try and post some pics if I can of my new smokehouse I built . the wife and family call it my outhouse. And I'm OK with that ,just as long as someone doesn't try and use it as one I'm good. Lol
