My name is Randy Bollinger I live in Wake Forest, NC.  I have a 5050Dual Chargriller with a firebox on the side.  I am new to the smoking, but I love it and am always looking to find an excuse to use my grill.  I am attempting to smoke a 10 pound Turkey for Thanksgiving (no pressure).
