Did a brisket yesterday sorry no Q view. Got a 13 pounder and did some reading on this great forum. I rubbed it the night before with Cookshacks brisket rub and them did it again in the morning. Started it at 4:30am with jack Daniels whiskey barrel chips and a mix of apple and it was at 190 at 5:30 pm. Everyone was coming over at 7:30 so wrapped in aluminum foil and wrapped it in a blanket and put it in a cooler. Everyone loved it and said it was the best they ever had and I must agree so thanks for all the great forums on this site for giving me the advice I needed I will give Q view next time now that I know I can do a good job. Had a lttle left over have brisket burrito's yum

Glad to hear you say it turned out good....but no Qview...didn't happen...pic's worth a 1000 words.
