Welcome Warren. Call me Sam. You're lucky. Not at my location. GFS running sale here for choice @ $3.49. Last time I was at Sam's their were running same price but for prime. A tip I learned from member gary s you want the brisket to bend. If it is stiff it is loaded with fat. I got this backward last time LOL.

Yup soft bend lean meat hard bend is fat. Same way in picking a ham soft squeeze lean hard squeeze fat.
