Does anyone have experience in bottling a product? One of my brother's and myself are exploring the possibilities of bottling and marketing a certain product...

I am wanting to start with a thousand bottles. I need it to be labeled to comply with government regulations, i.e., calories, fat grams, sodium, etc. so we can market it commercially.

The requirements are going to depend on exactly what it is that you're bottling.
