Blueberry Pancakes & Fresh BBB

Tonight it was time to slice and vacuum seal the fresh BBB.
While I was slicing the bacon the Mrs suggested pancakes with fresh Blueberries and bacon and I said great idea.
The recipe is Bears recipe but I added some course BP, ground juniper berries and some cheap whiskey:) The bacon was really good and had a unique flavor.
