By posting this I hope I don't break forum posting rules.. If I did please let me know and I will delete...

I am huge fan of doing stuff from the scratch....so in order to smoke the fish I have to catch it first... proximity of lake Huron gives me a plenty of playground to catch salmon and trout and this is my 14.5 feet canoe fishing setup...
30 lb thrust Minkota elec. motor
Hummingbird fish finder
120 Ah marine battery
Amp/Volt/Power /Current monitor
Removable stability pontoons
Abu Garcia, 9 feet fishing rods
I hope it will give idea to some of you how to do fish smoking "from the scratch".....

trust me, it doesn't break any speed record... top speed at 6 km/hr or about 4 miles/hr....
