beef short ribs with Qview

Decided late today that if I was going to be watching the US  Open ,I might as well be smoking something ..Quick trip to safeway and ended up with a rack of short ribs...i didnt get an earlier pic but here is 3 hrs in and into the foil for IPA bath for 90 min...

sooo...90 minutes later .....you can see how much it has shrunk  and lost a bone when pulling from pan back to grill....now time to let it tighten back up on the grill and we will be eating soon....

tender and moist, fall off the bone they were.....
