I just got mine today and figured I'd share my thoughts. These are hard plastic, stiff, and very sharp. They are perfect for picking up a whole turkey/chicken, holding a brisket per say so you can slice it, and best of all, you could shread a pork butt very quickly.

Give it a look and see what you think. I got them on Ebay for $8.75. It may have been posted before and I have no affiliation/conncetion with this so it's just an FYI thread.

I got a pair too. I want 'em outta stainless. I've wore the tips down and they can fold under HOT meat if ya don't bury the "claws" deep. But yea better than a fork by far.
