Ya we do them often, something differnt.Useally use BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce and load it up wit pulled pork or brisket, and top with cheese.

Or I cheat, and tose on a frozen pizza.

Here's a partial post of mine from back in December:

Finally, I had to go back to the grocery store for more napkins and bowls for the beans. On a lark, I decided to try smoking a pizza. I bought a pre-made crust, some generic spaghetti sauce (Italian sausage/garlic flavored), some pepperoni, canadian bacon, and the cheese. After assembly, I placed the pizza on the smoker and left it there (at approx. 300 degrees--the rest of the meat was off and I'd opened up the smoker for more heat) for about thirty-five minutes. I rotated it twice as I'd set it in next to the firebox. It was gone in about three minutes after this photo.

There are lots of folks making pizza in their smokers. Most are more creative and better at it than I am.

Dirt, that does look like a disaster, you better send it to me for proper disposel. I have been told I'm a waste site, and would love to dispose of pizza like that.

very cool

I am doin up a 9 lb brisket in the morning maybe ill throw some on some dough and cooker up lol

I use fresh dough with cornmeal instead of flour to roll it. olive oil brushed all over it to crisp it up. on the Q for 3-4 minutes flip then throw on all your toppings till the cheese has melted. yumm
Ive done a few dessert ones and some well crazy ones (bacon double cheeseburger fantastic) I have always wondered what the smoke would do to the crust and toppings . but i guess its not on long enough to relly flavout it too much
