I've seen some amazing recipes on here, and some great lookin pans of beans.

I'm new here, so I thought I would share a pic of the beans that I like to cook.  They turn out great, and I let them cook on the "cool" spot on my smoker for at least 4-5 hours.  Their great, but man I end up with a ton of left overs if I don't have many eaters here.

Dang, forgot to put the recipe on here.

1 gallon pork and beans

2 green bell peppers

2 jalepeno's (I use the largest I can find, might need 3 smaller ones)

1 yellow onion minced

4 red bells

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

6tablespoons salt

4 tablespoons black pepper

3 tablespoons white pepper

Couple dashes of worchestisire (sp?) sauce

Splash of liquid smoke

1 1/4 cups of ketchup

1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
