I have a quick questions for you smoke gods?
I've noticed some kinda baffle/restrictor just over the hole between the firebox & chamber. Is this to keep the heat down on that end of the smoker as I've noticed my meat almost burns there, or does this keep the ash from flying inot the smok chamber that i also have problems with?
