BADSS finally brokedown

Well...fellow smokers and friends...after not being able to smoke for the past 2 months and procrastinating over how I was going to solve the problem...I broke down and bought what is the ultimate smoker for me! I have to be honest folkes I blamed it all on you!!!! LOL ! Posting all those scrumtious pics of ribs, briskets, ABT's fatties etc. you all drove me over the edge and I just couldn't stand it anymore. Richtee...I must Thank you for turning me onto the Cookshack Amerique stainless smoker (binford 9000). I bought it from a Canadian supplier out of BC (Westcoast BBQ store)and turned out I will be getting free shipping. YAHOO! Just fantastic people to deal with! I bought 4 rib racks, cold smoke kit to be able to smoke cheese, two fish racks, 2 -20lb boxes of hickory, a cover....the tab...$2200.00 Canadian! Don't care folkes...you all created a smoke junkie! Can hardly wait until my unit shows up in 3 weeks. I am gonna live in my garage and smoke the dickens outta the neighborgood ! Fill my beer fridge, put on my rat hat, turn up the tunes, lock my door and smoke, smoke , smoke! Yes friends...I have a problem....I am a smokeaholic and proud of it! 10-4....sounded expensive to me but I shopped around even on ebay and even going to factory direct. With the cost of additonal shipping verses buying it in BC, it would have been more to purchase down south and have it shipped north. Oh well...I am gonna get my buck 3 ninety five outta that thing...I am gonna loose 25 lbs so I can gain it all back when my new toy comes! LOL. The wife thinks I flipped my lid but hey...she'll know where I'm at and hey...like really ...how much trouble can ya get into smokin meat!

coming from a fellow canuck, I can think of ways to get in trouble while smoking, but then again my wife thinks I was flipped long before I started smoking thongs
