Yesterday's apple stuffed pork loin made in my smoker . I used apple pie filling took a little over 3 hrs at 250 .. I added 2 hours of smoke .. I need to get butcher twine to tie it up but didn't have it so I pinned it with some Skewers wasn't the prettiest but it tasted damn good..

Looks delicious. Point. A hack for you. If you run out of butchers twine you can use unwaxed dental floss in a pinch. Just make sure you cut it all off before serving or your friend will be wondering what it is!

Great hack thx

Looks delicious!!
What wood did you use?? I'm partial to orange wood for this.
If you put a tray of apple pie filling in the smoker along with the stuffed loin for the entire smoke, it makes a fantastic condiment.
POINT
