Any one got St. Pat's Day Smokes planned out??

Never did a Corned Beef yet. The ones at Restaurant Depot are HUGE.

Anyone got plans already???

with it falling on a Wednesday, nothing will be smoked that day.

Of course being S. Side of Chicago Irish there will be a meal of corned beef and cabbage, but that will be done on the stovetop as tradition dictates.

Well as a matter of fact, Ma Dutch and meownself will be hosting a St. Patrick's Day potluck on March 13th (after the parade) for the Northen Utah Kilted rabble of X marks the Scot. Will be smoking a couple of butts for some pulled pork sammiches a couple of days before the event.

Not smoking anything, gonna get a brisket and cure it, make my own chipotle corned beef for dinner.
Lots of Car Bombs too.
Being Irish this is my favorite Holiday.

Being irish and my parents coming out (first time we've celebrated the holiday together in 10 years) and it having a special place in my heart (day my dad odopted my sister and I after he married my mom) I'm sure I'll have a big smoke. Gotta have some ABT's since they're green to go w/ all the green beer! I might save this special occasion for the mayden voyage of the new big block!
