Another Ribeye on my Weber “Q”
So I started by marinating this Ribeye in some of the Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade I got from Kelchner’s. All I ever got from them before was Horseradish, but now I got a bunch of new stuff (to me), and one was this “Pineapple Teriyaki” Marinade. The jury is still out, but I think I’m liking this stuff.
Then for the first night, I had Scalloped Taters & Broccoli on the side.
Then the next night I cut up the little bit that was left, heated it up, and loaded it up on a couple of slices of Toasted Italian Bread, and melted some American Cheese on top.
There’s a bunch of Extras below, so I’ll just label what’s what in the captions above each Picture.
Hey—It’s a Ribeye—How can it be anything but Awesome?!?!

Tallarico's Steak Sandwich Sauce on Toast:
Cover one side with heated Steak pieces:
On slice of American Cheese added:
Nuked until cheese is melted:
