Can the temp graph from each smoke be saved? If so in what format? According to app store last update to app was in Dec 18. Noticed there are recent ratings that are less than stellar.

No. Loosing a connection, changing alarm settings erases. I use the BT graph only to monitor when stall starts/ends flatlines. I don't save graphs because the same cuts vary and size/weight change the time till your alarm alerts you to test for tenderness with brisket, butts and ribs.
