We can use something like that here in the hot-n-humid months.

When I first started driving 18wheels most trucks had an air duct below the steering wheel that could be aimed right at your crotch, and Lord knows it got used for that.
Unfortunately those have gone by the wayside as standard in the newer trucks, and do I ever miss it.

I bet those groin level air ducts helped many a stop at home result in mama with another bun in the oven.
